Damez Lands His First Magazine Cover!
Damez has landed his very first magazine cover EVER! Digital print magazine Raynbow Affair features Damez on the cover of their 18th issue and also gave him an interview where he discussed his new music!
With a diverse background and worldly approach to his music, Damez presents us with bodies of work that allow us to place them in our life as we choose. Do you use it as a soundtrack to a moment? Is it your escape from reality? Will it be your turn up on the way out? Or, if you are like me, it will be your all of the above and more.

Damez: No Gamez, All Damez
by Diamond Kesawn — September 19, 2019
Damez is playing NO games when it comes to his music. A force on the mic, and beast with a pen, Damez presents music from an LGBT perspective that has the ability translate to anyone. Yeah! He’s that good.

Catching up with Damez, I had the chance to get to know the man behind the music and find out what keeps him going. Listen in as I bring you No Gamez and make it all about Damez!
Damez is not your traditional artist. Although he’s a proud member of the LGBTQ community, Damez has struggled with “not being gay enough” to fit into media and societal standards. Nonetheless, he remains focused on his music and delivers hit after hit. “Pull Up” is a track that everyone can enjoy. Full of metaphors and strategic word play, this track simply boosts your confidence while simultaneously forcing you to bob your head. With production by GRILLABEATS, the uppity record is ecstatic and is a certified club banger. The official single follows his recently released buzz track, “Disaster,” which has already garnered more than 50,000 streams across platforms since its release earlier this summer. “Pull Up” is sure to do even greater numbers.
